Hi, I’m Cristina Rae!

I am thrilled you’re here and considering me for your photos. Photos are an investment and an important part for your history, so I understand why you would want to know more about me and why you should choose me to capture your precious photos.

I was born in Las Vegas, NV and taken home from the hospital to 4 rowdy older sisters. My sisters mean the world to me and play a huge role in my success as a photographer.

My love of photography came when I moved to Oahu, Hawaii for college. I wanted to be able to capture the beauty around me with more than just my iPhone. I had a few friends who took me under their wings and taught me all about how to use my camera settings to take better photos. I started taking pictures of my adventures, my friends and family and then eventually friends of friends and friends of my family.

I always thought I wanted to be a corporate girly and get a job in tech after graduating college. As graduation got closer, I realized the career I wanted was be a photographer full time. That ended up being the very best decision (besides the man I chose to marry and my babies of course).

I married a Southern California boy named Brigham in 2020 while the world was falling apart around us in an intimate covid style ceremony. Brigham is also a photographer, videographer and my biggest supporter. We have two little girls Jimi Love and Ruby Rae. Being a mother has made me a better photographer in every aspect of the job. It has made me so passionate about maternity and milestone photos, as they are my favorite photos I have of our family.

So why me?

I love what I do. I love people. I love capturing the small moments, the big moments and everything in-between. I love capturing emotions, real moments and the memories that you want to keep forever. I know how to help you look your best, pose you in the most flattering ways, hype you up and make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I love all stages of life and enjoy taking pictures of newborns and corralling your 200 family members at your wedding for a group photo.

I am thrilled you are here and considering me to be your photographer and new friend.
